Les prix de nos produits sont indiqués en euros toutes taxes comprises (TVA et autres taxes applicables au jour de la commande), sauf indication contraire. Toutes les réservations quelle que soit leur origine, sont payables en euros.
La société SAS BELALP 2022 se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment, mais le produit sera facturé sur la base du tarif en vigueur au moment de la validation de la commande et sous réserve de disponibilité.
Article 3 - Réservations
La réservation d’une chambre n’est valable qu’après acceptation de la réservation du client par La société SAS BELALP 2022. La confirmation de la réservation du client par La société SAS BELALP 2022 reste à son entière discrétion. De plus, la réservation doit, pour être ferme, être garantie par une carte de crédit émise par un institut réputé et en cours de validité.
Pour réserver une chambre : vous sélectionnez les dates de séjour, et le type de chambre souhaitée, vous remplissez les informations demandées.
Le client est seul responsable de son choix des services et de leur adéquation à ses besoins, de telle sorte que la responsabilité de La société SAS BELALP 2022 ne peut être recherchée à cet égard.
La réservation est réputée acceptée par le client à l'issue du processus de réservation.
Les informations contractuelles sont présentées en langue française et feront l'objet d'une confirmation au plus tard au moment de la validation de votre commande.
Article 4 - Confirmation de votre réservation :
Toute réservation figurant sur le site Internet suppose l'adhésion aux présentes Conditions Générales. Toute confirmation de réservations entraîne votre adhésion pleine et entière aux présentes conditions générales de vente, sans exception ni réserve.
L'ensemble des données fournies et la confirmation enregistrée vaudront preuve de la transaction.

Le règlement de votre réservation s'effectue le jour de l’arrivée.
En cas de sélection du tarif non annulable, non remboursable, La société SAS BELALP 2022 pourra débiter la carte bancaire dès la confirmation de la réservation
